2. Purpose of the Competition
The Win With A Review competition is designed to encourage the public to support local high-street businesses by leaving genuine reviews about their shopping experiences.
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
- Entries must be submitted from individuals located within a reasonable travelling distance of Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent (as determined by Rocketeer) to be eligible to claim the prize in person.
- Employees, agents, or contractors of Rocketeer, participating businesses, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Note: Entry is not conditional on any purchase — anyone can enter via the QR code or SMS method provided.
4. How to Enter
- Scan the QR code on the leaflet or follow the SMS instructions to complete the short entry form.
- Each person may only enter once during the competition period.
- Duplicate, incomplete, or false entries will be void.
- Entry forms may not always be available; Rocketeer does not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access to the competition system.
5. Prize
- Each draw prize is a £50 voucher redeemable at any independent high-street business in Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent.
- Draws will be held at random intervals at Rocketeer’s discretion, with three winners selected between now and February 2026.
- The prize must be collected in person from Rocketeer HQ (address above).
- No alternative prizes or cash equivalents will be offered.
- Travel, parking, or other expenses incurred to claim the prize are not covered or reimbursed.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the draw date.
- Winners will be contacted via the details provided on the entry form.
- If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or fails to claim their prize, Rocketeer reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.
- Rocketeer’s decision regarding the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Review Requests and AI Contact
- By entering, you consent to being contacted by Rocketeer’s AI system via SMS regarding your experience with the business you visited.
- You will be asked to leave a review about your visit.
- If your review is negative, Rocketeer may offer the business an opportunity to contact you privately if you agree.
- You retain the right to post an honest review.
- If you do not respond to the SMS or decline to leave a review, your entry will be voided and excluded from future draws.
8. Promotion and Publicity
- By claiming the prize, you agree to participate in related publicity, which may include having your photograph taken with a Rocketeer representative.
- Your name, photo, and details of your win may be used in social media posts, local press, and other promotional materials related to the competition.
9. Data Protection

- Data collected through this competition will be used only for:
- Administering the competition
- Verifying eligibility and prize claims
- Contacting winners
- Facilitating review requests via SMS
10. General Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Rocketeer reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility of entrants
- Void any entries that do not comply with these Terms
- Cancel, suspend, or amend the competition for legal, technical, or operational reasons
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
